Sustainable Communities Act 2007 (Amendment) Act 2010 s 3

s 3 Short title, commencement and extent

(1) This Act may be cited as the Sustainable Communities Act 2007 (Amendment) Act 2010. (2) This Act comes into force at the end of the period of two months beginning with the day on which it is passed. (3) This Act extends to England and Wales only.
