s 10

(1) The Compliance Officer may at any time review a decision to impose a penalty on a member under paragraph 6. (2) Following the review the Compliance Officer may cancel the penalty or reduce the amount of the penalty. (3) If the Compliance Office does either of those things, the Compliance Officer must notify the IPSA. (4) If the penalty (or part of the penalty) has already been paid the IPSA must repay the member accordingly.
