Constitutional Reform and Governance Act 2010 Sch 1 para 13

Sch 1 para 13

(1) The Commission may make arrangements with other persons for the provision of assistance to the Commission. (2) In particular, arrangements may be made with the Minister for the Civil Service for civil servants to provide assistance. (3) Arrangements may provide for the making of payments by the Commission.
