s 26 Compliance Officer

(1) For section 3(3) and (4) of the Parliamentary Standards Act 2009 (Commissioner for Parliamentary Investigations) substitute— (3) There is to be an officer known as the Compliance Officer for the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (“the Compliance Officer”). (4) Schedule 2 (which makes provision about the Compliance Officer) has effect. (2) For Schedule 2 to that Act substitute the Schedule set out in Schedule 3.
