Constitutional Reform and Governance Act 2010 s 30

s 30 MPs' allowances scheme

In section 5 of the Parliamentary Standards Act 2009 (MPs' allowances scheme) after subsection (8) insert— (8A) Any duty of the IPSA to pay an allowance to a member is subject to anything done in relation to the member in the exercise of the disciplinary powers of the House of Commons.
