Sch 2 para 33

(1) Section 25 (powers to require works for maintaining the flow of watercourse) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1)— (a) omit “Subject to section 26 below”, and (b) omit “or local authority”. (3) Omit subsection (2). (4) In subsections (6)(a), (7) and (8) omit “or local authority”.
