Sch 2 para 52

For section 6(4) (general supervision by the Environment Agency) substitute— (4) The Agency shall in relation to England and Wales exercise a general supervision over all matters relating to flood and coastal erosion risk management, in accordance with Part 1 of the Flood and Water Management Act 2010.
