Sch 3 para 18

(1) The adoption duty does not apply to a drainage system which is designed only to provide drainage for a single property. (2) The adoption duty does not apply to any part of a drainage system which is designed only to provide drainage for a single property. (3) The Minister may by regulations make provision for determining when a drainage system, or part of a drainage system, is to be or not to be treated as designed only to provide drainage for a single property.
