(1) Section 14 (abandonment) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (2) for the words from “before” to “afterwards” substitute “ within the period specified in the report ” . (3) At the end add— (6) The Minister may by regulations make provision about what is and is not to be treated for the purposes of this Act as— (a) abandonment of use of a large raised reservoir as a reservoir, and (b) bringing a large raised reservoir back into use as a reservoir.
