s 26B Establishment and functions

(1) There is established a committee to be known as the Flood and Coastal Erosion Committee or Pwyllgor Llifogydd ac Erydu Arfordirol. (2) The purpose of the Committee is to advise the Welsh Ministers on matters relating to flood and coastal erosion risk management. (3) The Welsh Ministers may by regulations confer or impose additional functions on the Committee for any purpose connected with flood or coastal erosion risk management in Wales.
