s 3 Removal of entitlement to health in pregnancy grant
(1) In section 140A of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (entitlement to health in pregnancy grant: Great Britain), for subsection (2) substitute— (2) A woman is not entitled to health in pregnancy grant unless she has reached the 25th week of her pregnancy before 1st January 2011. (2) In section 136A of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 (entitlement to health in pregnancy grant: Northern Ireland), for subsection (2) substitute— (2) A woman is not entitled to health in pregnancy grant unless she has reached the 25th week of her pregnancy before 1st January 2011.
