(1) Section 31 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 (defences based on Article 31(1) of the Refugee Convention) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (3), for paragraph (aa) substitute— (aa) section 4 or 6 of the Identity Documents Act 2010; (3) In subsection (4), for paragraph (ba) substitute— (ba) under section 4 or 6 of the Identity Documents Act 2010,
