s 11 Orders
(1) This section applies to an order under section 7(6) or 10(3)(i). (2) An order is to be made by statutory instrument. (3) An order may be made only if a draft of the statutory instrument containing it has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament. (4) An order may contain incidental, supplemental, consequential or transitional provision.
