In section 13(5) of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 (power of Secretary of State to make designation orders)— (a) in paragraph (a) of the definition of “local planning authority”, after “Part 2” insert “ or 3 ” , and (b) in paragraph (c) of the definition of “permitted purposes”, after “Part 2” insert “ or 3 ” .
