Sch 13 para 45

(1) Amend section 100 (Commission chair may appoint assessors at request of Examining authority) as follows. (2) In subsection (1) for “person appointed to chair the Commission (“the chair”)” substitute “ Secretary of State ” . (3) In subsection (2) for “chair” substitute “ Secretary of State ” .
