Sch 16 para 4

(1) Section 31 (duties in relation to social housing) is amended as follows. (2) Omit subsections (9) and (10). (3) In subsection (11) omit— (a) “or low cost home ownership accommodation”, and (b) “or (as the case may be) low cost home ownership accommodation”. (4) In subsection (12) omit the definition of “low cost home ownership accommodation”.
