In section 52(9A) (recovery of grants: interpretation) in the definition of “the appropriate authority”— (a) in paragraph (a) after “association” insert “ and property outside Greater London ” , and (b) for the “and” at the end of that paragraph substitute— (aa) in relation to an English relevant housing association and property in Greater London, means the Greater London Authority, and
