In section 97(5) (performance of sewerage undertaker's functions by relevant authorities: interpretation)— (a) in the definition of “relevant area” after paragraph (a) insert— (aa) in relation to the Mayoral development corporation for any Mayoral development area, means that area; (b) in the definition of “relevant authority” after paragraph (a) insert— (aa) the Mayoral development corporation for any Mayoral development area;
