(1) Section 362 (the Mayor's air quality strategy) is amended as follows. (2) For the heading substitute “ The London Environment Strategy: air quality ” . (3) In subsections (2) to (4), for “London air quality strategy” (in each place) substitute “ provisions of the London Environment Strategy dealing with air quality ” . (4) Omit subsections (1) and (5) to (7).
