(1) Section 22 (access to information) is amended as follows. (2) In subsections (6), (8) to (10), (12) and (13) for “Secretary of State” substitute “ Welsh Ministers ” . (3) In subsection (12A)— (a) for the words from “Secretary” to “Wales),” substitute “ Welsh Ministers ” , and (b) in paragraph (a) omit the words from “, or under” to “section 21B,”.
