(1) Section 47 (power to make incidental, consequential provision etc) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1)— (a) for “Secretary of State” substitute “ Welsh Ministers ” , (b) for “he considers” substitute “ they consider ” . (3) In subsection (4) omit “(including changes of the kinds set out in sections 33A to 33D)”. (4) In subsection (6) omit paragraph (b).
