In section 68(2) (guidance by Public Services Ombudsman for Wales)— (a) in paragraph (a)— (i) omit “in Wales (other than police authorities)”, and (ii) for “such” substitute “ those ” , and (b) in paragraph (b) omit “in Wales (other than police authorities)”.
