Sch 4 para 48

(1) Section 81 (disclosure and registration of members' interests) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (5) for “Secretary of State” substitute “ Welsh Ministers ” . (3) In subsection (7)— (a) omit paragraph (b), and (b) in paragraph (c) omit “if it is a relevant authority in Wales,”. (4) Omit subsection (8).
