Sch 7 para 27

(1) Section 50 (calculation of budget requirement by major precepting authorities) is amended as follows. (2) In the heading at the end insert “ by authorities in Wales ” . (3) In subsection (1) after “local precepting authority” insert “ in Wales ” .
