In section 38 (development plan)— (a) in subsection (2), omit the “and” at the end of paragraph (a) and at the end of paragraph (b) insert , and (c) the neighbourhood development plans which have been made in relation to that area. (b) in subsection (3), at the end of paragraph (b) insert , and (c) the neighbourhood development plans which have been made in relation to that area. (c) in subsection (5), for “to be adopted, approved or published (as the case may be)” substitute “ to become part of the development plan ” , and (d) at the end insert— (10) Neighbourhood development plan must be construed in accordance with section 38A.
