s 72 Referendums relating to council tax increases

(1) In Part 1 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 (council tax: England and Wales) after Chapter 4 insert the Chapter set out in Schedule 5. (2) Schedule 6 (council tax referendums: further amendments) has effect.
