In paragraph 14 (exclusions)— (a) in sub-paragraph (1), at the end insert “ that are made in relation to schools in Wales ” ; (b) for sub-paragraph (4), substitute— (4) Appeal arrangements are arrangements under section 52(3) of the Education Act 2002 enabling an appeal to be made against an exclusion decision. (c) in sub-paragraph (5), omit paragraph (b).
