(1) Part 3 of SSFA 1998 (school admissions) is amended as follows. (2) Section 85B (functions of admission forums in relation to Academies) is repealed. (3) In section 88F (sections 88C to 88E: supplementary), in subsection (3), omit paragraph (f) (but not the “and” following it). (4) In section 88Q (reports under section 88P: provision of information), in subsection (2), omit paragraph (b).
