(1) Section 123 (inspection of further education and training: education and training to which Chapter applies) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1), in paragraphs (b), (c) and (g), for “YPLA” substitute “ Secretary of State ” . (3) In subsection (3)(a), omit “61(4)(f) or”.
