(1) Section 130 (action plans following area inspections) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (2), for “a relevant body” substitute “ the Chief Executive ” . (3) In subsections (4) and (5), for “body” substitute “ Chief Executive ” . (4) Omit subsection (6).
