(1) In section 35 of EA 2002 (staffing of community, voluntary controlled, community special and maintained nursery schools), in subsection (7) (effect of suspension of school's delegated budget), after “the School Standards and Framework Act 1998” insert “ , or section 66 of the Education and Inspections Act 2006, ” . (2) In section 36 of EA 2002 (staffing of foundation, voluntary aided and foundation special schools), in subsection (7) (effect of suspension of school's delegated budget), after “the School Standards and Framework Act 1998” insert “ , or section 66 of the Education and Inspections Act 2006, ” .
