s 20 Requirement for schools to participate in international surveys
In Chapter 4 of Part 9 of EA 1996 (provision of information by governing bodies etc), after section 538, insert— Power to direct participation in international surveys (538A) The Secretary of State may direct the governing body of a community, foundation or voluntary school in England to secure that the school participates in such international education surveys as may be specified in the direction.
