s 32 Duty to prepare and publish school profile

(1) Section 30A of EA 2002 (duty of governing body of maintained school in England to prepare and publish school profile) is repealed. (2) In consequence of subsection (1), section 104 of EA 2005 (insertion of section 30A of EA 2002) is repealed.
