s 33 Duty to appoint school improvement partners

(1) Section 5 of EIA 2006 (requirement for local authority to appoint school improvement partner for each school they maintain) is repealed. (2) In consequence of subsection (1), in section 187(3) of EIA 2006 (provisions to be read as if they were contained in EA 1996), omit paragraph (a).
