s 35 Duties in relation to school meals etc
(1) Part 9 of EA 1996 (ancillary functions) is amended as follows. (2) In section 512ZA (power to charge for meals etc)— (a) after subsection (1) insert— (1A) Where a local authority in England exercise the power to charge under subsection (1), the price they charge for an item must not exceed the cost of providing that item.
