In Schedule 3, for paragraph 4 substitute— (4) The person appointed to chair the Charity Commission may make available to the Regulator, to assist in the exercise of the Regulator's functions— (a) any other member of the Commission appointed under paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 1 to the Charities Act 2011, or (b) any member of staff of the Commission appointed under paragraph 5(1) of that Schedule.
