In section 131(3)— (a) for “section 36 of the Charities Act 1993 (restrictions on disposition of charity land)” substitute “ sections 117 to 121 of the Charities Act 2011 (restrictions on dispositions of charity land) ” , and (b) for “section 36(9)(a) of that Act (certain statutorily authorised transactions not to require the sanction of the Charity Commission)” substitute “ section 117(3)(a) (certain statutorily authorised dispositions not to require the sanction of the Charity Commission) ” .
