(1) In section 58(1), in the definition of “company” for “section 97 of the Charities Act 1993” substitute “ section 353 of the Charities Act 2011 ” . (2) In section 58(4), for “as defined by section 2(1) of the Charities Act 2006” substitute “ as defined by section 2(1) of the Charities Act 2011 ” .
