Sch 7 para 78

In Schedule 1, for paragraph 10 substitute— (10) An Education Action Forum shall be a charity and is an institution which is to be treated for the purposes of section 31(3) of the Charities Act 2011 (institutions required to be excepted from registration under that Act) as if that provision applied to it.
