Sch 9 para 19

(1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies if the Mission and Pastoral Measure 2011 has not been brought into force before the commencement of this Act. (2) In the application of section 105(10) before the commencement of the 2011 Measure the reference to the Mission and Pastoral Measure 2011 is to be read as a reference to the Pastoral Measure 1983.
