s 79A Removal of disqualified trustee

The Commission may remove a charity trustee or trustee for a charity by order made of its own motion if the person is disqualified from being a charity trustee or trustee for a charity (generally or in relation to the charity concerned)— (a) by virtue of section 178, or (b) by an order under section 181A.
