(1) The Office may delegate functions to— (a) any of its members, (b) any member of its staff, or (c) any of its committees. (2) A committee established under paragraph 10 may delegate functions (including functions delegated to it) to a sub-committee. (3) The Budget Responsibility Committee is to perform the duties imposed by section 4(3) and (4). (4) Sub-paragraph (1) does not apply to those duties. (5) The delegation of a function under sub-paragraph (1) or (2) does not prevent the Office or the committee (as the case may be) from carrying out the function itself.
