Sch 2 para 17

(1) NAO may employ staff. (2) In determining the terms of employment of any staff, NAO must have regard to the desirability of keeping the terms broadly in line with those applying to civil servants. (3) A person who is an employee of NAO may not hold any office or position to which a person may be appointed, or recommended for appointment, by or on behalf of the Crown.
