Sch 5 para 10

(1) In section 6 of the Parliamentary and other Pensions and Salaries Act 1976, omit subsection (3). (2) Sub-paragraph (1) does not affect the position of any person by virtue of section 1(3A) of the Exchequer and Audit Departments Act 1957.
