s 18 Economy, efficiency and effectiveness examinations
In Part 2 of the National Audit Act 1983 (economy, efficiency and effectiveness examinations), after section 7 insert— Proposals made by Committee of Public Accounts (7A) In determining whether to carry out any examination under this Part, the Comptroller and Auditor General must have regard to any proposals made by the Committee of Public Accounts.
