In section 81(3B) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997 (interpretation)— (a) for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ” , and (b) for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ” .
