In section 7(1) of the Acquisition of Land (Authorisation Procedure) (Scotland) Act 1947 (interpretation), in the definition of “statutory undertakers”— (a) for “the Postal Services Act 2000” substitute “ Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011 ” , and (b) for “that Act” substitute “ that Part ” .
