(1) Paragraph 93 of Schedule 4 (adaptation of enactments etc) is amended as follows. (2) Omit, in each place, “(within the meaning of the Postal Services Act 2000)”. (3) In sub-paragraph (1), omit “(within the meaning of the Act)”. (4) After sub-paragraph (4) insert— (4A) In this paragraph “ universal service provider ” and “ universal postal service ” have the same meaning as in Part 3 of the Postal Services Act 2011.
