Sports Grounds Safety Authority Act 2011 s 8

s 8 Commencement

(1) Part 1 and the Schedules come into force on such day as the Secretary of State may by order made by statutory instrument appoint. (2) Such an order may— (a) appoint different days for different purposes; (b) include transitional or saving provisions. (3) This Part comes into force on the day on which this Act is passed.
