s 60 Referral fees: regulations
(1) This section applies to any regulations under sections 56 to 59. (2) The regulations are to be made by statutory instrument. (3) The power to make the regulations includes power to make consequential, supplementary, incidental, transitional, transitory or saving provision. (4) A statutory instrument containing the regulations may not be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.
